HISTORY

Rodem is a perennial company focused on the field of footwear, bags and accessories of well-known designers.

It first started in 2006 with the very first shop at Zenonos Petridi street, in Larnaca, followed by a second shop at the Ermou street in 2008, A third shop came to life in 2011 in Nicosia as well as another one in Limassol, at Anexartisias road. In 2014 a fifth shop was built, with the shop Rodem Exclusive being on the Ermou road, in Larnaca as well.

We offer a wide range of products for women and men as all of our shoes and accessories satisfy every age, taste and style, always maintaining the best quality and price. In the Rodem stores, you will find variety of products from the classic designs in shoes and bags that never go out of style to the eccentric designs for a dashing style. Our goal is to highlight your personal style through our shoes and accessories and to make them part of yourself.

At Rodem you will find a wide variety of well-known and successful designers, as well as its own brand Rodem shoes. Rodem is the exclusive representative or local partner of many Greek and international brands leading in the field of shoes, bags and accessories such as, Adamʼs shoes, Valentino Bags, Versace Jeans Couture, RoccoBarocco, Byblos, Cafe Noir, Alessandra Paggioti, Leviʼs, Everlast, Diesel, Skechers, Lois, Dunlop, Gk uomo, Krikets, Wallstreet, Ipanema, Keddo, Crossby, Lunar, Rodem Shoes, Marilla Spain, Stephanie Shoes & Sketchers.

Our primary goal, just like in our stores, besides the impeccable service, is to offer our customers, products of exceptional quality and high aesthetics, combining a variety of prices and designs. What benefits do I have by registering?

Registering on the Rodem Online Shop makes it quicker and more convenient for you to purchase items from the shop. Once you have registered, the following services will be available:

Storage of your invoice and delivery address(es)

Storage of your credit card data (if preferred)

An overview of your orders and their status

I have forgotten my password: what now?

You will find the "Forgotten your Password" button in the "Login" section. Enter your e-mail address in the designated field, click to send the message, and your new password will be sent to you in just a few minutes. After logging in, you then can go to the "My personal data" section to change the password to one of your choice.

Can I place an order by e-mail, fax or telephone?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders by e-mail, fax or telephone. We can accept orders through our e-shop page, instagram and facebook chat.

What happens after I have completed my order?

You will automatically receive e-mail confirmation once you have completed your order. It contains all the details of your order. What's more, you can go to "My account" > "My orders" at any time to track your order status. This feature is only available to registered customers. We will send you e-mail confirmation as soon as we have shipped your products from our warehouse.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact our Customer Service to request order cancellation as long as you have not received an e-mail with confirmation of shipping. However, if the process has progressed too far, you have a 15-day statutory cancellation right after receiving the products. Simply return the products to us if you wish to make use of this right.

Which shipping methods does Rodem Online Shop offer?

Rodem Online Shop ships its products as parcels, which are delivered by Akis Express to the nearest point of collection for the customer or delivery at your door by Geniki Taxidromiki. The shipping costs are free for all parcels despite the price. In most cases, you will receive the parcel within 2-5 workdays.

How much shipping is charged by Rodem Online Shop?

Our parcels are delived by Akis Express (pick up service) and by Geniki Taxidromiki (home delivery).

Shipping is free of charge on orders above 30 euros.

The prices on orders below 30 euros are:

Pick up : ? 3.50

Home Delivery: ? 4.50

Can I send back orders after I have received them?

You have 15 days in which you can send back the parcel after receiving your order. We kindly request that you observe the following instructions to ensure quick and smooth processing: Return the products to us unworn. Use the return label that is enclosed with all of our consignments. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have a returns label. At the same time you can receive a full refund in case you do not wish to keep the product after returning it.

I have sent back an order. When will I receive reimbursement?

The money will be returned once the products are returned back to Rodem Shoes in the conditions advised, unworn, in perfect condition and the original packaging

Will it cost me to send back items?

The customers assume shipping costs in the case of returning the items via courier. You can use the returns label enclosed with your order. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have a returns label.

Otherwise, you can visit a Rodem store near you and return the products according to the shopsʼ policy.

Which payment methods are available in the online shop?

There are a number of payment methods available for your convenience in the Rodem Online Shop. We offer the following payment methods: JCC, credit card or pay on delivery.
