Returns and Exchanges
All items purchased from the online shop of Rodem Cyprus can be exchanged or returned within 15 days, in the original packaging, without being used and with the purchase receipt. Rodem do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance products!

Return by courier
To return by courier an article purchased from the Rodem Cyprus online store, please contact us by email to , with information on the order number and article to be returned, in order to receive instructions. The customers assume shipping costs in the case of returning the items via courier.

Refund
Once the returned order has been received and the exchange / return conditions confirmed, Rodem will reimburse the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same modality in which you made your purchase. If the returned items do not meet the exchange / return requirements, Rodem reserves the right not to accept the exchange / return and refuse reimbursement, and the articles are available for withdrawal at our distribution center. Money refunds apply for orders made through the website. Rodem reserves the right not to accept the exchange / return on clearance products.
