Orders can be sent to your nearest point of collection through Akis Express all over Cyprus (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Ammochostos, Paralimni).


FREE Delivery and Shipping on orders above 50 euros. All orders are shipped all over Cyprus (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Ammochostos and Paralimni) up to 3 days after confirmation. Deliveries take up to 2 to 5 working days to be delivered. Please note all Cyprus wide deliveries take place from Mondays to Fridays, except Bank Holidays. Note: no deliveries are made in PO boxes.


Returns:


In case of wanting to return the Valentino Bag, you have 15 days in which you can send back the parcel after receiving it. We kindly request that you observe the following instructions to ensure quick and smooth processing. Please return the products to us unworn. Use the return label that is enclosed on the parcel with all our consignments. Or you can return to one of our stores with the parcel and receipt to exchange the product. Customers assume all shipping costs in the case of returning the items, via courier. In case, of not wanting to keep the product/ shoes a full refund will be reimbursed in your account, through the same process you have purchased the product, with the condition that products are returned to online shop Rodem Shoes (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Ammochostos and Paralimni) the conditions advised, unworn, in perfect condition and the original packaging.
